Bubbly is a roguelike arcade game focused on fast runs, build progression, and risk management.

Bubbles continuously spawn across the arena while your crosshair automatically targets and pops them. Popped bubbles reward XP, coins, and other resources used to grow stronger during a run.

As runs progress, players choose between different upgrades and powerups that change how the game behaves. Some upgrades increase fire rate or damage, while others create explosions, chain reactions, slicing attacks, critical hits, or other effects that can clear large groups of bubbles at once.

The game features multiple bubble types with different behaviors and rewards. Some are harmless, while others are more dangerous or provide rare resources.

Runs are structured around extraction checkpoints. At these checkpoints, players can either:

• extract and secure their rewards,

• or continue the run for stronger upgrades and higher rewards while risking losing everything.

If the player fails before extracting, the run is lost.

Different upgrade combinations lead to different playstyles. Some builds focus on survivability and consistency, while others are built around high-risk scaling and massive score bursts.

Extraction checkpoints become more valuable the longer a run survives. Staying longer gives access to stronger upgrades and higher rewards, but also increases the chance of losing everything before extracting.
