Traitors is a social deduction shooter set in a procedurally generated space station, where the environment changes every round.
The Crewmates will try to repair the station's communication equipment and call for evacuation, while the outnumbered Traitors will use special tools to stop that from happening. Whatever your role, work fast, because the oxygen is running low!
The game always starts at the Hangar, where the map potentially branches out to three wings. Rest of the rooms are chosen at random. Some rooms have unique properties, like vending machines, electrical controls or environmental dangers that Traitors can leverage.
Find the locked door to Communications Room using a GPS, a map or pure luck. Craft the correct keycard at the office in Hangar using resin and the code on the locked door. Repair the communications equipment using the required items, push the red button and hurry back to the Hangar, a rescue ship is arriving and it won't wait too long!
The map scales in size as the player count increases.
Immersive proximity chat makes everyone sound like they are part of the world. Player voices, gunshots and other audible actions get occluded behind walls and solid objects.
Pistols, rifles, shotguns, melee weapons and grenade launchers. Firearms and valuable equipment can be found in locked safes. Find a key first!
Collect cash from containers, deposit it using a Deposit Machine and use Terminals to order equipment such as Teleport tablets, GPSs, Flashlights, Keys, Oxygen, Medkits and Ammo.
Traitors may use credits to purchase special equipment with instant delivery. This includes time bombs, daggers, disguisers, cleaning kits, mines and more!
The spectate UI makes it easy to follow the action even when the map get big. Two different camera modes allow you to easily sit back and spectate or frame your own cinematic shots.
Hosts can customize the match settings, including the roles, loot and procedural generation rules. We would like to make sure your group can play the way the want to, so let us know if there's a setting you'd like to see.
