Go across the bridge and reach the hall left of the 2nd floor where two doors exist. Enter the left door and see a Licker crawling by (tribute to Resident Evil/Biohazard 2).A monster is in the document room. Crouch and proceed slowly. Mind the glass debris on the ground. Step into the inner room to retrieve the secret.

On the way back, the monster has changed its location. Crouch and sneak over there to press the switch. Then, it will leave.

Submit the secret to the intelligence window and proceed forward. Secure the flame-cutting machine behind the drawing on the wall. Use it to cut off the iron chains and open the door.

Push away the bookshelf and return to the place where the Japanese was chasing.

Go downstairs to the utility room and breach the door with the cutting machine.

Avoid the bird monster and proceed inside. The control panel requires a password. Proceed and push the shelf away to descend to the tunnel.

Walk through the courtyard and reach the other building. Go upstairs to the security department. Several combinations of the four buttons exist. Turn one, two, three or four buttons upwards to unlock the cell doors one by one. If interested, try them.

Turn the three buttons on the right and open a cell, where a tunnel is located.

Listen to the last words of a skeleton, and get the password 423223.

Open the door and return to the initial staircase. Go downstairs to enter the password 423223 to the control panel.

Then, the electrical bridge can be operated. The two switches are near the bird monster; pay attention to avoid it.

Operate the two switches to move the electrical bridge, go upstairs and reach Amamiya Tetsuya’s office.
